Job Title: UX Researcher

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Strategist / UX Researcher to join our innovative product design and innovation team. This role will focus on developing research plans with clear objectives, methodologies, and hypotheses, effectively communicating them to internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, an outcomes-focused approach to research, measurement, and evaluation, and a good knowledge of Human-centred design, design research, and/or measurement and evaluation frameworks.Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in areas such as human-centered design, design research, or measurement and evaluation frameworks. A background in the not-for-profit, university, or government sectors, managing research or programs, is advantageous. Strong understanding of social or economic sciences or community development is also required.Benefits:
