**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.


The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to design intuitive and user-centered solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**


  • Design world-class human-centered design experiences for new proof-of-concepts and ventures
  • Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and ideation to final UI
  • Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define and deliver thoughtful, scalable experiences
  • Apply strong UX and UI design skills, with the ability to move seamlessly between them

**Requirements**


  • 5+ years of proven experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating UI and UX work end to end
  • Strong ideation and discovery skills, with the ability to dig into problems and shape clear, actionable paths forward
  • Expertise in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools
  • Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing methodologies
  • Ability to think beyond pixels, understanding business priorities, user psychology, and tech constraints
