Join us as a Project Manager to manage client relationships, contracts and projects for assigned clients. As a key member of our team you will coordinate project timelines, deliverables and resources to meet client expectations and project deadlines.

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and reliability. You will understand client needs, objectives and challenges and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.

In addition, you will proactively anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Conducting regular client meetings, presentations and site visits to maintain engagement and gather feedback is also part of this role.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting on Agreement KPIs, including organizing specific activities such as graduate programs and employee engagement workshops required by the Agreements.

  • An Engineering degree or similar tertiary qualifications
  • Proven experience in project/account management preferably for control system or electrical engineering projects
  • Experience in Australian mining projects/operations
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles and design processes
  • Attention to detail and proven experience in preparing professional client documentation, including the preparation of tenders and proposals
