Project Coordinator Job

This role involves coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

  • Lead a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key project deliverables.
  • Conduct risk assessments prior to mobilisation and ensure appropriate controls, tools, and resources are available.
  • Monitor project tracking against schedule and budgets.

Responsibilities also include reviewing completed site quality documentation, compiling close-out documentation for clients, monitoring procurement, capturing variations, and guiding project leadership in technical practices.

Requirements

To be successful, you will require:

  • A relevant Trade or Engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in management, coordination, or senior supervisory positions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and industrial construction projects.
  • Experience with CMS documentation for on-site personnel and equipment.
  • Multidisciplinary project experience (Civil, SMP, and E&I).

You will also need to demonstrate flexibility, ability to manage end-to-end deliverables on multiple projects, and a current Australian Drivers Licence.
