Home Care Support Worker

The role involves providing essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes and directly improve their quality of life.
- Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing
- Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning
- Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
- Assisting with medication
This role requires a valid Drivers Licence and access to an insured, reliable car.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care services to clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Previous experience in aged or community care
- Valid Drivers Licence and access to an insured, reliable car
- Competitive hourly rate plus 99c/km + paid travel time
- Full training provided
- Secure employment on a 14 day perm part-time roster
