Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the regions amenity, civil maintenance, and grass portfolio. The role is based at our Olinda depot in Lilydale and reports to the leadership team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead a team of 6-9 personnel, overseeing daily operations, ensuring safe and timely delivery of projects, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and program management for regional amenity, civil maintenance, and grass programs.
  • Leadership and management of internal teams, fostering a culture of safety, inclusivity, and high performance.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in managing maintenance programs and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and developing staff, promoting technical expertise and operational excellence.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive business outcomes.
