The Role

This leadership position is responsible for providing direction and expertise to a team of Account Managers, Project Managers, and Internal Sales Support across North QLD, ensuring they achieve their revenue targets.

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team to maximize effectiveness, capability, and engagement.
  • Engage with key customers, understand their business and needs, and develop winning solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strong Account Management Plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about developing sales professionals and driving sales performance with proven experience gained in a similar position. Ideally, this experience will have been gained selling services into construction, manufacturing, and/or government or related industries.

Your experience will also include:

  • Exceptional leadership skills and qualities to lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Developing strong customer relationships that translate into strong revenue generation and customer loyalty.
  • Business planning and strategy development.
  • Strategic selling both personally and through others.
  • A relevant tertiary education is preferred.
