Retail Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role will provide administrative support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining property registers, managing tenant compliance, collecting sales data, coordinating storage licenses, and drafting professional correspondence.
About the RoleThis position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar corporate retail, residential or mixed-use property environment. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and proficiency in drafting clear and articulate correspondence.
- Able to handle conflict situations with professionalism and tact.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain key property registers, including complaints, noise, and contact lists.
- Manage tenant compliance with public liability insurance requirements.
- Collect, input, and report on monthly tenant sales data.
- Coordinate tenant storage and footpath dining licenses.
Correspondence and Communication:
- Draft clear and professional correspondence to tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Operational Support:
- Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Administer liquor licensing processes in collaboration with internal teams.
