Grow Business Customers

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive business growth through customer acquisition and retention.

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new customers, managing existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Business Customer Onboarding:
    • Work closely with the customer service team to receive and convert leads into active customers.
    • Guide new customers through account setup and platform features.
  • New Business Acquisition:
    • Identify and pursue potential business customers through networking, industry events, partnerships, and direct outreach.
    • Negotiate service terms and clarify rates with new customers.
  • Account Management:
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support and training resources.
  • Freight Rate Updates:
    • Review and update freight rates on the platform to ensure competitiveness.
    • Collaborate with transport providers to negotiate rates and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
  • Strong ability to pitch and negotiate with new business customers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
