Console Operator

Job Description:

The Console Operator will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, ensuring the store remains clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. This role requires multitasking and effective time management in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be focused on providing outstanding customer service, working independently and as part of a team, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. You will also be responsible for promoting our products and specials, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
