Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to work with a global company specialising in home appliances, where you can showcase your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work independently, with the full support of training and flexibility of an international company. You will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out quality field service repairs at customers' premises or in the workshop.
  • Ensuring all appliance repair information and parts usage is documented.
  • Working collaboratively with the call planner to optimise workload.
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness of van and ensuring stock is up to date.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Managing and resolving customer concerns.
  • Ensuring adherence to OH&S policies and procedures, and attending training as required.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current Disconnect/Reconnect licence or full electrical licence.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Sound technical knowledge of domestic appliances, incorporating ability to diagnose and rectify faults through effective problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Genuine enjoyment of meeting and interacting with new customers.
  • Gas and refrigeration licence (highly regarded).
