About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Appliance Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing a range of home appliances, including ovens, cooktops, fridges, dishwashers, washing machines, and rangehoods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging arrival times with customers to ensure seamless delivery and installation.
  • Maintaining safety and minimizing risk when delivering and installing appliances.
  • Troubleshooting installation challenges and ensuring every appliance is functioning perfectly.
  • Removing old appliances and packaging materials, leaving customers' homes spotless.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Experience in appliance installation, handyman work, or a similar hands-on trade.
  • Basic power tool knowledge preferred.
  • A solid driving history is essential, as you will be on the road.
  • You must take safety seriously and prioritize it alongside customer satisfaction.
  • You will be interacting with people daily, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
  • A strong ability to handle busy schedules and unexpected challenges without compromising quality.
