Field Service Technician Position

Our organization is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This permanent role involves specializing in home appliances and operating across the Australian and New Zealand Markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing the Brisbane Metro and Northside areas, conducting quality repairs at customers' premises or in our workshop. Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting appliance repair information and parts usage accurately
  • Collaborating with the call planner to optimize workload
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and order of your van, ensuring up-to-date stock levels
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing and resolving customer concerns
  • Ensuring compliance with all OH&S policies and procedures, participating in required training sessions

To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A current Disconnect/Reconnect licence or full electrical licence
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • A sound technical understanding of domestic appliances, incorporating effective problem-solving skills to diagnose and rectify faults
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • A genuine enjoyment of meeting and interacting with new customers
  • A Gas and Refrigeration licence is highly regarded
