About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Specialist to join our team at BeBee.

As a key member of our Aged Care division, you will be responsible for managing the permanent and temporary recruitment of hospitality positions within residential aged care facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or aged care sector.

You will be a self-motivated and autonomous individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment of hospitality positions within residential aged care facilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent in the hospitality industry
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates

  • A competitive salary of up to $100,000 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation
  • Commission structures of up to 50% of total billings

Requirements:
