  • Source and manage a white collar labour hire workforce
  • Utilize recruitment software to streamline processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar recruitment role
  • Exposure to a white collar labour hire workforce
  • Demonstrated understanding of service driven recruitment and recruitment software
  • Strong service focus and commitment to an exemplary customer experience
  • Ability to build rapport and understand the needs of clients and candidates
