About the Role

Reece Group is a leading international company with exceptional values and customer focus. Our core business is supplying plumbing and bathroom products to plumbers and retail customers, with several specialty businesses, including Irrigation, HVAC-R, Bathroom Life, Onsite, and Civil.

Partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, we are seeking Year 10 students to undertake School-based Traineeships where they will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. The traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch and completing certificate requirements, such as workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Embracing Reece values, policies, and procedures
  2. Providing excellent customer service
  3. Completing all requirements of the certificate
  4. Processing sales and managing stock
  5. Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
  6. Communicating with customers and staff
  7. Building product knowledge
  8. Providing follow-up to customers
  9. Contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard

Students will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability and additional hours during school holidays recommended to ensure progress.
