Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tunnel Operations Control Specialist to join our team in Sydney Harbour. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training, mentoring, and roster management of the Tunnel Control Room Operators.

About the Role

The Tunnel Operations Control Specialist will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the safe and efficient flow of traffic using computer control systems. Key duties include monitoring and controlling the operation of the Sydney Harbour tunnel, detecting and responding to incidents, and assisting with the development and management of training required for Traffic Control Operators and Incident Response personnel.

Requirements

  • Emergency response training and first aid certification
