We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as the guardian of client experience for Asset Management. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service and contribute to the entire lifecycle of the client, from onboarding to day-to-day servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as day-to-day client service contact for assigned group of clients and proactively manage relationships.
  • Ensure client impacting issues are communicated and escalated as necessary.
  • Perform required client service functions throughout the client lifecycle, including RFP, onboarding, client reporting, and KYC tasks.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently and with teams globally. A university graduate with 5 years' experience at an asset management or financial services firm is preferred.

About This Role:

This role offers the opportunity to develop an understanding of unique client requirements and champion those within the firm, partnering with Client Advisors and Investment/Product Specialists to form an integrated service team for each assigned client.
