About This Role

As a Care Worker, you have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients. We are seeking a compassionate and flexible individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to those in need.

This role requires a caring professional who can work independently and as part of a team to provide home help services, including general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and social support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care, such as bathing and dressing, and transporting clients to lifestyle activities and appointments.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide home care services to elderly clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Support family carers by giving them a break or allowing them to pursue other interests
Requirements
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle
  • An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
