Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department, ensuring seamless financial operations and maintaining accurate records.
- Process invoices, credit control, and audit tasks with diligence and attention to detail.
- Manage accounting systems, including MYOB, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Reconcile corporate credit cards, bank accounts, and employee reimbursements.
Match Day & Operations:
- Coordinate the collection, washing, and return of match kits and player uniforms, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Arrange parking for staff, players, and guests, and issue accreditation passes for venues and precinct areas.
- Liaise with catering providers to confirm meal requirements and delivery schedules for players, staff, and VIPs.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualification or currently studying towards a finance/accounting degree.
- Proficient in using MYOB, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interest and knowledge in sports is highly valued.
Working Conditions:
- This role requires flexibility, particularly on weekends during home matches.
