Job Title:

Project Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the project execution team and technical specialists.
  • Ensure material orders, training, and data registers are updated efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Project or Site based Administrator.
  • General knowledge of SAP and Aconex is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Projects and Operations & Maintenance contracts.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).

  • You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
