
Customer Service Manager Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the provision of quality customer services within a complex and diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities- To coordinate and manage a service that ensures delivery of excellent customer services.
- To build and sustain a relationship-based culture with a customer service team, involving active engagement focused on individual and team success.
- To provide accurate advice to relevant stakeholders in accordance with legislation, directives, awards, policies, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven advanced written, negotiation, consultative, interpersonal, problem-solving, and strategic management skills in an environment of organisational change and evolution.
- A relevant qualification would be advantageous.
