Role Overview:

The Design Studio team is a professional services division that designs and constructs buildings, infrastructure, parks, streetscapes, and public domain programs. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to lead complex projects, develop strategies, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Strategy & Project Delivery: Develop and implement project management strategies for timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality design standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to identify needs, provide solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior design management roles.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
