About The Role

The Dairy Department Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day operations and will lead, coach and develop a team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience working in fast-paced environments is essential
  • Direct/Indirect leadership experience is necessary to lead, coach and develop the team
  • Maintaining excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control
  • Driving a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding shopping experiences
