Primary Responsibilities- Establish a customer-centric culture within the store environment.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve commercial targets through effective sales and management strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, suppliers, and local community members.
- Manage store rosters to ensure optimal staffing levels and meet sales volume demands.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor staff as required.
- Oversee stock control, including ordering, stock transfers, and merchandising.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior retail or management role.
- Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and lead a team.
- Sales-focused and goal-driven individual.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Possesses a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in managing team performance, training, and development is highly desirable.
