Mental Health Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional to join our multidisciplinary team at an inpatient unit. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and support to mental health consumers on their journey to recovery.
Key responsibilities include providing effective social work interventions within an acute mental health setting, working closely with consumers, families, and carers to develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with community agencies and services.
Selection Criteria- A bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of the Mental Health Act and its application.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and high-level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are also required.
