Mental Health Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Care Professional to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients with mental health issues.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families through empathetic communication and support.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Demonstrated experience working with clients presenting with acute mental health problems.
- Advanced reasoning skills and ability to work autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal skills and independent professional judgment.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the NSW Mental Health Act 2007.

Other Requirements:A current NSW drivers license is required for travel between locations.
