Job Overview

We are seeking a high-calibre Civil Construction Foreperson to join our BMD Urban team in Brisbane, working collaboratively with the Project Manager to achieve optimal productivity and program outcomes on civil scopes ranging from $5-50 million.

You will leverage your trusted leadership and communication skills to build relationships across all project levels, including long-term subcontractors. Your role will be to motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture that delivers exceptional quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction
  • Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience in urban development and minor civil projects
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results

Demonstrated Certificate IV Civil Supervision is highly desirable.
