Job Summary:
As an Executive Building Construction Manager at Georgiou Group, you will oversee high-profile building projects, leveraging your expertise in project management and construction leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing large-scale building projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain open communication channels among project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among team members.
Requirements:
To succeed as an Executive Building Construction Manager, you must have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior construction management roles, preferably in commercial building projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge of building construction methods and materials.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
