Clinical Education Lead

This is a unique opportunity to lead a groundbreaking initiative that shapes the clinical skills of future doctors.
The successful candidate will oversee the academic coordination, strategy, and policy of the program, ensuring a sustainable and skilled educator pool.
- Program Development: Develop and review teaching materials, aligning with advances in medical knowledge and educational practice.
- CTA Management: Recruit, train, and support Clinical Teaching Associates.
- Innovation and Quality Assurance: Implement scholarly approaches to quality assurance and continuous improvement of the program.
You may be a great fit if you have expertise in sexual and reproductive health for all genders, and hold a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners or equivalent qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of the program's academic strategy and policy.
- Manage a team of Clinical Teaching Associates.
- Develop and review teaching materials.
- Ensure the quality of the program through scholarly approaches.
