About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Early Learning Program Coordinator to join our team at Milestones Amity Road, Coomera. This is a permanent full-time or part-time role, depending on your preference.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent, and hold a current Working with Children's Check.
Key Responsibilities- Support educators to implement programs that align with the EYLF and foster a child-led discovery approach.
- Nurture and develop our team members to ensure they confidently contribute to children's learning.
- Build strong relationships with families and educators through effective communication.
- Maintain compliance with EYLF and NQS standards.
- You have a passion for developing young minds and are committed to delivering high-quality early education and care.
- You are dedicated to realising the potential in everyone – from children to educators, managers to centre support office teams.
- A competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
