About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Creative Garden Early Learning Centre Arundel. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to education.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our children.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services. You will also need to have a proven track record of working with children aged 0-5 years and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
