Experienced Cook Required for Early Learning Centre

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Kool Kids Early Learning Centre in Miami. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 75 children each day.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7.00am to 2.30pm. The role is on a Maternity Leave contract ending November 2025.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals and snacks for children in accordance with nutritional guidelines
- Manage kitchen inventory and stock
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with the centre's team to provide a high-quality service to children and families
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualificationExperience in a cook role, particularly in an early childhood settingA current Working with Children's Check/Blue Card/DCSI ClearanceA First Aid certificationA commitment to providing a high-quality service to children and familiesWhat We OfferWe offer a range of benefits, including:
