We're passionate about delivering exceptional service to our members and community. As a Customer Service Attendant, you'll be the face of our club, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our patrons.

Working across the bistro, bar, and gaming floor, you'll have the opportunity to develop relationships with our members, guests, and fellow teammates.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has strong customer service skills, and is able to work a rotating roster including school holidays, public holidays, nights, and weekend work.

About You
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work a rotating roster
  • Enjoys developing relationships with our members, guests, and fellow teammates
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation
  • Previous experience in a hospitality venue (highly desirable)
  • RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG or willing to obtain
