About Us

Parramatta Leagues Club, the home of the Eels, is a leading community club in Western Sydney, renowned for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our members and community, and we're seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to take on a leadership role in our operations team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our venue, ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are consistently met. You will work closely with our senior management team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all staff and patrons adhere to our policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Direct staff on shift and allocate breaks to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with members, including managing complaints and feedback
  • Oversee external contractors and ensure that our facilities and services meet the highest standards
  • Reconcile till floats and ensure accurate cash handling
  • Ensure that functions and events are well-planned and executed
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members. You will also have extensive knowledge of operations across all departments, including gaming and food and beverage services.
