Retail Sales Representative

Job Summary:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support customers with product & service requirements.
  • Generate sales by showcasing products and services.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing superior customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Offering water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions.
  • Managing stock control (ordering & receiving), maintaining merchandising standards, and demonstrating product knowledge.
  • Using, recording, and updating CRM systems, processing transactions on POS, and other required systems.

  • You are self-motivated and able to think critically.
  • Highly organized and able to work within a small team environment.
  • Able to manage & coordinate service work efficiently.
  • Work safely & efficiently while under pressure during busy periods.
  • A positive customer-focused team player with a proactive attitude.
