- Promoting Organising Practices: Implement and promote effective organising practices, policies, and systems that contribute to our union's objectives.
- Team Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of our national team of organisers.
- Campaign Development: Contribute to campaign development, reviews, and innovation initiatives.
- Organiser Development: Foster the growth of our union's organising capability and support the development of our organisers.
- Passion for Workers' Rights: A strong commitment to improving workers' lives and advancing our union's goals.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and educate union members and potential members.
- Social Justice Agenda: Capacity to participate in our political and social justice agenda.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Ability to work flexible arrangements as required.
