Transformation Lead Role

This pivotal position will drive organisational change initiatives, spanning people, process, culture, operating model, and technology. As a key influencer, you'll design and deliver robust frameworks and strategies to ensure smooth transitions are sustainable and embraced at every level.

  • Create aligned change management strategies with the company's strategic direction and appetite for transformation.
  • Partner with executives, senior leaders, and project teams to shape, implement, and embed diverse change initiatives for measurable outcomes.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong communication, shared ownership, and commitment to change.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop business resilience by coaching leaders, delivering training, and equipping teams with tools to lead and adapt to change.
  • Monitor progress, adjust strategies to maintain momentum, address resistance, and maximise benefits of change initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, embedding learnings, and enabling the organisation to thrive in evolving environments.
About You:

We're seeking an experienced change leader with 10+ years of transforming complex, multi-site environments.

You should have expertise in designing and executing change frameworks, navigating cultural transformations, process optimisations, and business model changes.

A strategic thinker, natural influencer, and skilled communicator, you can engage well with executives, senior leaders, and frontline teams.
