IT Infrastructure Specialist

The role involves providing expert-level support across various systems, including Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, and networking infrastructure. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will work closely with customers to ensure their systems run smoothly and provide top-notch IT services.
Main Responsibilities- Performing proactive system maintenance
- Updating technical documentation
- Collaborating on complex technical projects
- Implementing disaster recovery solutions
