Senior Design Documenter Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Documenter to join our team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality design documentation and coordinating projects to ensure timely delivery in line with project briefs.

  • Produce comprehensive design packages for speculative and live project works, in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate with third-party consultants and relevant authorities as required to obtain necessary documentation and approvals.
  • Ensure effective communication and project standards coordination with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Undertake project administration processes for transmittals, submittals, design and construction models, shop drawings, and schedules.
  • Ensure documentation complies with industry standards, building codes and regulations, and contract requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to develop and implement best practices for design documentation.
