High Volume Print Support Specialist

The role of a technical field service technician involves providing on-site support and maintenance to customers with high-volume production printers, digital presses, or similar equipment. This includes performing corrective and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key skills required for this position include experience working with print production equipment, strong mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will also possess a solid understanding of print workflows, colour quality, and finishing processes, as well as the ability to work independently while maintaining strong team communication and transparency.
">Essential Requirements">- Technical field service experience in the print production industry
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting skills
- Solid understanding of network connectivity, print servers, and production print environments
- Proven ability to perform in time-sensitive or high-pressure environments
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record
A valid Police Check, Working with Children Check, and AGSVA Security Clearance are preferred, along with flexibility to participate in an after-hours standby roster and willingness to travel interstate for product training and development. Current Australian working rights are also essential.
