About The Role

  • Lead and implement design strategies for major projects.
  • Oversee design quality and delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor junior and mid-level design management staff.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Plan resources and track progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure design quality and manage risks associated with dynamic projects.
  • Coordinate technical integration and monitor design costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Solid knowledge in Electrical Engineering discipline.
  • Extensive experience in Renewable Energy, Power, or Electricity sectors.
  • Minimum 10 years' Design Management experience, focused on Renewable Energy and HV projects.
  • Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera is a plus.
  • Effective team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to solar farm design and construction.
