Strategic Property Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of A-Grade commercial office assets, focusing on leasing, tenant engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants and facilities teams
- Manage all aspects of leasing, including renewals, rent reviews and make good obligations
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting and compliance
- Support strategic leasing initiatives and asset growth
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure A-Grade standards are maintained
- Minimum 3–5+ years' commercial property management experience, preferably in A-Grade or Premium properties
- Confident in tenant-facing roles with excellent negotiation skills
- Proven knowledge of lease administration, arrears and property accounting
- Experience with property management software, such as Yardi
