Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Leader to join our team. As the face of our educational programs, you will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our curriculum while mentoring and developing a team of educators.

Your expertise will directly impact children's learning outcomes, build a strong team, and contribute to our continuous quality improvement journey.

This is a full-time role with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs and interests of children and families.
  • Mentor and guide educators in curriculum development, documentation, and reflective practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the community.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead the development and execution of our Quality Improvement Plan.
  • Champion our early childhood programs.
  • Model and promote our core values in everyday practice.
  • Engage in regular professional development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Ability to inspire and build educator capacity.
  • Passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
