We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Services professional to join our team at Epworth HealthCare.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who value delivering exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about working in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality cleaning and maintenance services to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, doctors, and staff.
  • Offer efficient and effective cleaning services including bed making, laundry, linen distribution, and waste disposal.
  • Work collaboratively with the Healthcare Team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver on, and respond compassionately to patient needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and courteously.
  • An organized approach to work and ability to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment.
  • A well-developed understanding of Infection Control in a hospital environment.
  • Adaptability to change tasks throughout your shift readily.
  • Flexibility with availability for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon, and weekends.
