The role involves working with minimal supervision using a Primary Health Care Model that incorporates a multi-disciplinary, collaborative care planning approach to meet the individual and family needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care to clients
- Developing and implementing culturally safe and appropriate care plans
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or working towards the diploma
- Experience in hearing health, child and family health and health promotion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
