Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to our General Manager and team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and team, including diary management, office procedures, internal communications, reports, and records management
- Coordinate CSALT communication through maintaining MyUniSC staff intranet pages and news items, corporate web pages, and drafting and editing general correspondence as directed
- Support the management of various professional development events, workshops, and other CSALT activities and functions as required
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training
- Advanced digital literacy, including Microsoft Office365 suite and various web-based applications, with the ability to quickly upskill and learn new systems as they emerge
- Experience working in a project management environment, including achieving deliverables, updating action plans, and preparing information for reports
