Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mooloolaba.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating job schedules, preparing project authority/applications, and handling staff travel arrangements.
Additional duties include answering incoming calls & e-mails, administration tasks such as invoicing, and office & staff management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role and preferably within the Building/Construction industry.
Key skills required include developed knowledge of general office processes and systems, Microsoft Office applications, and competent use of office equipment.
Furthermore, excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication, are essential, as well as the ability to present and engage in a professional manner.
Arcos is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering civil, geotechnical, and structural solutions across private, corporate, and government sectors.
