Program Administrator Role

The key objective of this role is to oversee the delivery of migration programs and services by coordinating processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and review migration support services across skilled, family, student, and employer-sponsored visas.
  • Coordinate workflow between migration lawyers, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate case management.
  • Monitor program progress and prepare reports on application timelines, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to legislative requirements, migration regulations, and policy, as well as internal quality standards.
  • Maintain and improve client record systems, policies, and program procedures.
  • Oversee administrative staff involved in client service delivery and provide induction and training resources.
  • Assist in resource allocation and continuous improvement of service delivery.
Requirements:
  • A minimum diploma qualification in project management or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program/project coordination, administration, or service delivery management.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, staff, and external organisations.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
  • Experience in the migration, education, or legal sector will be highly regarded.
