Key Role: Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Operational Efficiency Team.

This permanent, full-time position focuses on collecting, analysing, and visualising operational data across early education services.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track service-level and organisation-wide performance metrics.
  • Analyse data sets including enrolment, workforce, revenue, and utilisation statistics.
  • Present meaningful insights and recommendations to operational leaders through data-driven storytelling.
  • Maintain data integrity through validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
  • Support strategic projects with modelling, outcomes measurement, and scenario testing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience in analytical or reporting roles.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and database management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data quality practices.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and visual storytelling.
  • Experience or understanding of the early childhood sector is required.
